Work will begin on N-58 – N-11, near Dannebrog

March 25, 2025 (Grand Island, Neb.) — Weather permitting, work will begin March 31 on N-58 – N-11, from reference post 27.93 to reference post 39.88, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
Werner Construction, of Hastings, is the contractor for this project. Work includes bridge work, guardrail work, pipe installation and asphalt paving. Traffic will be maintained with a pilot car and flaggers, as well as temporary traffic signals at the bridges. A 12-foot width restriction will be in effect. Anticipated completion is Nov. 2025.
Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and to put phones down.
