Winter Weather Continues

National-Weather-Service

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for north-northeastern portions of the forecast area, where new snowfall amounts today were highest. Though little additional snowfall accumulation is expected, continued northwesterly winds gusting over 30 MPH will keep the potential for blowing snow around. This advisory is in effect through 6 AM Friday.

Bitterly cold air will continue to bring concerns with dangerous wind chill values to the entire area tonight-Friday morning and Friday night-Saturday morning. Values of -15 to -25 degrees will be possible!

A Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect area-wide from 6 PM this evening through noon Friday and then again 6 PM Friday through noon Saturday.
