Waverly Downs Northwest Volleyball 3-1

(Grand Island, NE) - The Northwest volleyball had their second home match of the season on Thursday night falling to Waverly three sets to one. 25-12, 22-25, 25-19, 25-17. Northwest was led by Kelsey Knapp with 8 kills, Tessa Scheer with 7 kills, and five kills a piece from Izzy Burhman, Ava Janulewicz, and Alivia Wragge. Kenna Bowman would have 26 set assists on the night. 

Northwest is now (7-6) on the season and will be back in action on Tuesday, September 24th traveling to Aurora to take on the Huskies (2-9). Listen live on 103.1 FM & 2dayfm1031.com. First serve is set for 7:00 pm.
