Top PRCA Contestants Returning for Rodeo Grand Island


Grand Island, Neb. — Fresh off their “Large Indoor Rodeo of the Year” win at the Wrangler National Finals in Las Vegas, Sutton Rodeo out of Onida, SD announced they are once again bringing their award-winning team and annual PRCA Rodeo to Grand Island and the Heartland Events Center on February 27-28.

Presented by First National Bank of Omaha, Rodeo Grand Island is a February tradition and an elite PRCA Rodeo, fully sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA). The event kicks off on February 27 at 7:30 p.m. in the Eihusen Arena, where top PRCA contestants will compete in seven rodeo events: Bareback, Tie Down, Saddle Bronc, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Barrel Racing and Bull Riding.

Performances start each night at 7:30 p.m. at the Heartland Events Center, which will host more than 400 PRCA contestants, including world champions, Wrangler National Finals qualifiers and circuit champions. This premium rodeo field will compete for prize money and an opportunity to compete for the 2026 championship title at the National Finals Rodeo (NFR) in Las Vegas!

Other rodeo entertainment will include a specialty act of the year, rider & Bethany Kiesner with Trick Riding, Whip Cracking and Trick Roping! Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, December 12 at the Heartland Events Center Box Office and online at www.ticketmaster.com
