St Paul Volleyball Wins C2-7 Sub District

(St Paul, NE) - The St Paul volleyball team claimed the C2 Sub District 7 championship on Tuesday night, defeating Ord in three sets. 25-23, 25-20, 25-21. 

Senior Katie Oakley led the way for the Cats with 14 kills. Aubree Fitzgerald was right behind with 13 kills. Piepyr Klinginsmith tallied 6 kills. 

With the loss, the season comes to an end for Ord at 13-18. St Paul moves on to 24-9 on the season and now awaits its official matchup from the NSAA for a district final on Saturday. The winner then advances to the Class C2 state volleyball tournament next week in Lincoln.
