St Paul Girls Battle Ravenna Tonight - Lou Platte Semi Finals

(Wood River, NE) - After a surprising 41-32 win over Central City on Tuesday night, the St Paul girls find themselves in the Lou Platte Conference Tournament semi-finals tonight taking on Ravenna. The win Tuesday night for the Cats snapped a seven-game losing streak. Better yet, St Paul lost to Central City on Friday, January 26th by a score of 31-19 only to bounce back in the Lou Platte Conference tournament and secure a win to advance to Thursday night's play in Wood River. St Paul comes into the game with a 4-13 record and has not played Ravenna yet this season. The two will match up next Tuesday night for their regular season game at Ravenna. The Bluejays check into tonight's game with a record of 5-13. They also provided a surprise quarter-final victory on Tuesday night dowing Ord 42-38.
