GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — CHI Health St. Francis Foundation Ticket to Win is returning for a seventh year. Ticket sales, for the Foundation’s premiere fundraising raffle, kick-off at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 18 in Conference Room 2 at the hospital. Raffle tickets, priced at $100 each, will be available at the kick-off event.

Prizes for the Ticket to Win raffle drawing include a cash grand prize of $10,000, cash first prize of $5,000, as well as ten additional $500 cash card prizes. Winning tickets will be announced at the annual Ticket to Win social event on Thursday, June 6 at the Riverside Golf Club. The community is invited to the free event beginning at 4:30 p.m.

Half of all proceeds from Ticket to Win provides life-saving equipment and training to emergency first responders for unbudgeted items in Hall, Hamilton, Howard, Merrick and Greeley counties–over $248,000 since its start. This year, the remaining half of all proceeds will be directed to the hospital’s Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit for Project Xcite2. “We are grateful and blessed that our Foundation donors, both individuals and businesses, recognize the importance of local support and understand that 100% of every single penny contributed to St. Francis Foundation remains right here at home for the betterment of our patients and the local communities we serve. We cannot say thank you enough to those who have stepped forward with their Ticket to Win sponsorship and program support - once again, answering the call to lift others and assist in making our communities a better, safer place to live,” says Melissa Griffith, director, Foundation.

Raffle tickets can also be purchased in the hospital’s gift shop, Foundation office and main ACC; or from any board member or trustee. .

In addition to prize drawings, the annual Ticket to Win social event will feature gourmet appetizers, a silent and live auction and drawings for several must-be-present-to-win door prizes including four $250 cash cards for general attendees and four $100 grocery gift cards for emergency first responders who are in attendance.
