
Sirens in Hall County will not sound during state wide drill

(Grand Island, NE) - It's severe weather awarness week in Nebraksa. The National Weather Service reminds us of several safties practices and plans to have in place when and if severe weather strikes. The state wide tornado drill will take place on Wednesday, March 24th at 10am. The Grand Island-Hall County Emergency Managment team announced on Wednesday morning due to changes in the warning systems, procedures, and technologies, the annual tornado test messages will not be the same as previous years, and will not activate the outdoor sirens in Hall County.
