Round Two - Northwest Girls vs York Tonight

(York, NE) - It will be the second time this season that the Northwest girls' basketball team will have to battle the York Dukes on their home floor. This time, the matchup will be a semi-final game in the Central Conference basketball tournament. 

The two teams met for the first time this season on January 10th, with the Vikings defeating the Dukes, 39-36. The Vikings enter the game tonight with a record of 8-7. Northwest defeated Lakeview on Tuesday night, 60-33. York comes into the match with a 10-6 record. The Dukes won their quarter-final game on Tuesday night, defeating Seward, 35-26.
