No Injuries in Alda Train/Semi Collision

Alda, Neb. — Shortly after 9 p.m. on Friday, March 29, a Union Pacific train collided with a semi near 100 West Front Street in Alda.

There are no injuries to report, and there was also no derailment of the train. The Hall County Sheriff’s Department remained on the scene Friday night cleaning up the roadway, and the investigation into what caused the collision is ongoing.
