Nebraska Bigfoot Conference Moves to Fonner Park

GRAND ISLAND, NE: The 2024 Nebraska Bigfoot Conference will take place at Fonner Park this April 26-27. Moving from its location in Hastings, Fonner Park’s Aurora Cooperative Pavilion will allow the event space to grow in its seventh year. 

Featuring two days of networking, movies, vendors, and informative speakers, the conference is sponsored by Hastings, Nebraska’s Harriet McFeely. McFeely, also known as “The Bigfoot Lady,” runs the Nebraska Bigfoot Museum in Hastings. Movies at this year’s conference include The Bigfoot of Bailey, Colorado and A Flash of Beauty: Paranormal Bigfoot. 

Ten speakers will fill out the schedule including actor Steve Berg among researchers and personalities from surrounding states. In addition to speaking about Bigfoot, a number of the speakers will also present on cryptozoology and the paranormal. 

Tickets can be purchased per day for $20 for adults ($25 after March 1st) or $10 for children. The movie night is an additional $10 ($15 after March 1st). A weekend package is also available for $50 ($60 after March 1st). Tickets are available online at nebraskabigfootmuseum.com/bigfoot-conference-2024 and also at the door the day(s) of the conference.

Friday hours are 9:30am-3pm, followed by the movie night from 4pm-8pm. Saturday the event runs from 9am-4:30pm. Doors open at 8am.
