Multiple charges in Grand Island drug arrest
(Grand Island, NE) - Tuesday night at 9:45pm Grand Island police officers responded to the area of 408 W. Koenig Street in reference to a gun shots call for service. Upon arrival, the officers contacted Jeremy Moore who admitted to selling marijuana to Kassandra Dean. It was later determined, Moore had additional evidence inside his residence of the drug transactions. A search warrant was excited on Jeremy's residence which suspected LSD was located within close proximity to several hundred dollars. Moore's residence was later determined to be within 1000 feet of a school. In addition, the officers located drug paraphernalia inside Jeremy's residence. At the time of the contact Jeremy Moore did not have a drug tax stamp. Moore was placed under arrest for Possession w/Intent to Distribute-ENHANCED (Marijuana), Possession w/Intent to Distribute ENHANCED (LSD), Possession of Monies During Drug Transaction, Drug Tax Stamp & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Kassandra Dean was cited for Possession of Marijuana.
