Motorcyclist Arrested Following Pursuit in Lincoln County


High Speed Pursuit

JULY 19, 2024 (NORTH PLATTE, NEB.)  —  Troopers with the Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) have arrested a man following a pursuit in Lincoln County.

Thursday evening at approximately 6:00 p.m., a trooper patrolling on Highway 83 near mile marker 104 attempted a traffic stop on a motorcycle traveling at 122 miles per hour. The driver accelerated and the trooper initiated a pursuit.

During the pursuit, the suspect vehicle reached speeds above 140 miles per hour and fled through a no passing zone. Lincoln County deputies joined the pursuit, but visual was lost after the suspect vehicle turned north onto Highway 97. The trooper terminated the pursuit.

A short time later, another trooper saw a motorcycle matching the suspect’s description on Highway 92, west of Stapleton. The trooper initiated a traffic stop and confirmed it was the same rider who had fled the initial pursuit.

The driver was identified as Noah Fullerton, 21, and was arrested for operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest, no motorcycle license, willful reckless driving, and traffic violations.
