Inmate missing from community corrections facility

June 9, 2025 (Omaha, Neb.) – Authorities have been notified about an inmate missing from the Community Corrections Center – Omaha (CCC-O). Dustin Debusk #215668 did not return to the facility from a religious furlough yesterday evening.
Debusk started his sentence on October 18, 2022. He was sentenced to zero to nine years out of Douglas County for theft and operation of a motor vehicle to avoid arrest. He has a tentative release date of July 28, 2026.
Debusk is a 36-year-old white male, 5’ 11”, 210 lbs. with blonde hair and blue eyes. Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to contact local authorities or the Nebraska State Patrol.
CCC-O is one of two community custody facilities operated by NDCS. Community custody is the lowest custody level and the least restrictive facility. Inmates are allowed to participate in work opportunities, attend school and religious services with prior approval and without direct supervision.
