HUW Prepares for Next Drive

Sara Kirkley visited after the Heartland United Way finished the tour of agencies in advance of the next drive. 

The community had the opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at the Heartland United Way’s 20 partners and meet the 2025/2026 Campaign Chairs during the annual Tour of Agencies. Wednesday.

The bus tour started and ended at the Heartland United Way office.  Stops included First Light Child Advocacy Center, Crossroads Mission Avenue, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Nebraska, Literacy Council of Grand Island, Multicultural Coalition, Heartland CASA, Adult Education, Hope Harbor, YMCA, Third City Clinic and Central Nebraska Council on Alcoholism and Addiction.
