Hastings Run-Rules Bison

The Hastings Sodbusters scored multiple runs in the first four innings on the way to a 14-3, seven-inning win over the Bison on Friday. Every starter had at least an RBI or run scored. 

Drew Vega went 3-5 with an RBI, three runs scored, and four stolen bases. Jude Greaves and Justin Crain each had two hits. Luke Caussey contributed a three-run triple. Weston Johnston doubled, knocked in three and scored twice. Chase Miller had a double with an RBI and three runs scored.

Creighton Jacobitz allowed three unearned runs on six hits in six innings for his team leading sixth win. Zander Hardy worked a perfect seventh.  

The Sodbusters host Fremont for a two-game series beginning tonight at 6:35.
