Reported Offenses:
On August 12, 2025, a 30-year-old Hastings resident reported a shoplifting in the 2500 block of West 2nd Street.
On August 12, 2025, a 53-year-old Hastings resident reported a theft in the 400 block of West 2nd Street.
On August 12, 2025, a fraud was reported in the 2200 block of North Kansas Avenue.
On August 12, 2025, a fraud was reported in the 200 block of East 31st Street.

On August 12, 2025, a 56-year-old Hastings resident was cited for possession of K2 less than one ounce in the 100 block of South Hastings Avenue.
On August 13, 2025, an 18-year-old Hastings resident was cited for third degree sexual assault that occurred on August 12, 2025, in the 400 block of South Sewell Avenue.
