Reported Offenses:

On April 13, 2025, a 21-year-old Hastings resident reported a protection order violation in the 1200 block of West 5th Street.

Arrests/Citations:

On April 12, 2025, a 58-year-old Omaha resident was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 1800 block of West 12th Street.

On April 12, 2025, a 34-year-old Hastings resident was cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana in the 100 block of North Hastings Avenue.

On April 13, 2025, a 25-year-old Wisconsin resident was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, open container, and possession of a concealed firearm while under the influence in the 900 block of West South Street.

On April 13, 2025, a 34-year-old Hastings resident was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, carrying a concealed firearm while under the influence, and failure to inform a peace officer of a concealed firearm.
