Hastings freshman found dead in dorm room

SIOUX CITY - Morningside University in Sioux City, IA announced the death of a Hastings woman. The university made the announcement in a Facebook post Monday. 

At Morningside she helped lead the Mustangs to victory in the 200-yard freestyle, touching in 2 minutes, 17.95 seconds in a dual with Dordt. She was also part of the winning 200-yard medley relay team against Minnesota Morris.
