Grand Island Baseball Opens Season With A Road Win

The Grand Island baseball team opened the spring season on Friday, March 21st with a 13-8 victory against Millard North. The Islanders scored 13 runs on 10 hits and had 1 error in the game. Millard North had 8 runs on 10 hits and 3 errors in the contest.
Sam Schroeder would lead the charge with three hits in the game. Broxton Barrientos and Gage Gannon would each have two hits. GI would get home runs from Barrientos, Sack, and Dinkelman.
