Grand Island, Neb. — The Grand Island Fire Department, in partnership the University of Nebraska–Lincoln Extension Office, will host a public education meeting focused on proposed food truck regulations and on-site fire safety training.
The session, which will be for Spanish-speaking food truck operators only, will take place Monday, March 2 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Grand Island/Hall County Emergency Management Office located at 1210 North Road.
The meeting will provide an opportunity for attendees to learn about proposed regulations, ask questions and receive hands-on fire prevention guidance.
