Brief Narrative: On 01/17/25 at around 2111 officers arrived at 1622 W. North Front Street reference two Wanted Persons. Officers arrested Marissa C. Stephens on the Hall County Warrant. Officers arrested Jeffery Patton after barricading himself in the residence.
Marrisa C. Stephens – Hall Co Warrant - Burglary (28-507 Class IIA Felony).
Jeffery Patton – Hall Co Warrant & Buffalo Co Warrant - Burglary (28-507 Class IIA Felony).

Location of Incident: 250 S Vine St
Brief Narrative: On 1-16-2025 at around 10:29 am officer responded to the listed above location reference an assault between two sisters that took place. Officer arrived on scene and made contact with the victim in the matter who was identified by her Nebraska driver’s license. The victim stated that her sister Jacqueline Brown who also lives with her, physically assaulted her (Victim) by pulling her hair causing pain and choking the victim, which cut off her breathing and leaving marks. Jacqueline was placed under arrest for 3rd Degree Assault and Assault By Strangulation.

Brief Narrative: Victim reported that his Taurus G3, 9 mm pistol was taken from inside his residence approximately 2 months ago. The residence didn't sustain any damage from entry gained. Case is open.

Location of Incident: 334 S Vine St
Brief Narrative: On 01/16/2025 officers were at 1814 N Eddy St, for an unrelated call for service. It was reported that a known adult male pointed finger guns at the reporting party, pretending to shoot him. The reporting party stated this made him fearful of his and his family's safety.

Victim: 35 yr old male Incident #: L25011277

Location of Incident: 1316 W Anna St; Apt B
Brief Narrative: On 1/16/2025 at 0736 officer arrived at 1316 W Anna Apt. B refence a stolen vehicle. Officer arrived on scene and made contact with the victim who advised that his grey 2002 Ford Taurus was last seen on 1/15/2025 around 8:30 pm in the parking lot of his apartment complex. The keys were left in the ignition, and the doors were left unlocked. The vehicle is estimated at $7500.
