Once the Iowa warrant was confirmed Luis would be placed under arrest and searched incident to arrest. During this time Luis informed officers that there was drug paraphernalia inside of the vehicle. A search of the vehicle would discover the drug paraphernalia. Luis was then transported to Hall County Department of Corrections where a white crystal-like substance was located on Luis's person. This substance was later tested and showed to be Methamphetamine. Luis A Garcia Jr. was arrested for an Iowa Warrant, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Failure to Signal and No proof of Insurance.
