Brief Narrative: Shannon Leismer was contacted after finding that he had an active York County Warrant. The warrant was confirmed and he was placed under arrest.

Offender: Tonya Robertson

Location of Incident: N Broadwell & Cottage St
Brief Narrative: On 07/16/2025, at approximately 2113 hours, Tonya Robertson was contacted by Officers at Broadwell Avenue and Cottage Street for driving without lights. A records check showed Tonya was driving with a suspended license fourth offense. Tonya was placed under arrest. During an inventory of her vehicle, Officers located a white crystal-like substance which tested positive for methamphetamine. Mushrooms and marijuana were also located inside the vehicle along with drug paraphernalia. Tonya was arrested for Drive During Revocation/Impound-4th/subs, Possession of Controlled Substance, Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana =<1 ounce ; 1st off and Lights Required After Dark.

Brief Narrative: On 7-16-25, officers responded to a residence reference a disturbance. An investigation was completed. A male was arrested, and a female was cited. Juan Baland was arrested for Assault by Strangulation, Domestic Assault 3rd Deg and Child Abuse, Neglect. Misti D Roe was cited for Domestic Assault 3rd Deg.

Victim: 58 yr old male Incident #: L25071575

Location of Incident: 1316 S Eddy St
Brief Narrative: On 7-16-2025 at around 5:01 am, officers responded to the listed above location reference a vehicle theft. Contact was made with the victim whose vehicle was found to be stolen from his driveway. The vehicle was recovered a short time later. Case is open.
