Brief Narrative: Officers called to a welfare check on a male slumped over in a vehicle. Upon contact with the occupant, Merle Galvan attempted to hide an intravenous drug from officers. He was detained and upon a search of his person, a glass pipe that is commonly used to ingest Meth was located. A continued search of his person located a baggie of a white crystal like substance. This substance did show a positive result on a methamphetamine presumptive test. Merle Galvan was arrested for Possession of Controlled substance (Meth) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Brief Narrative: A female reported her Maroon 2013 Chrysler 200 with an estimated value of $5,000.00 was stolen from her apartment building at 504 Elm St N. Case is under investigation.
