Brief Narrative: On 07/08/2025 at approximately 2204 hours, Officers responded to a reported vehicle theft at 1423 S Webb RD. Officers contacted an adult male who stated his silver 2003 Honda Odyssey had been stolen from this address at approximately 1830 hours. Case is under investigation. On 07/09/2025, officers responded to 423 Ruby Ave in reference to a recovered vehicle. The vehicle was returned to the owner, and Victor Arviso-Licano was arrested for Theft by Unlawful Taking, Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

Brief Narrative: On 07/09/2025, a vehicle was reported stolen near 504 N Elm Street. The victim reports leaving a spare key in the gas tank door. The vehicle was estimated to be worth $9,000. The vehicle was later recovered in Hastings. Case is open.
