Offender: Margarita Martinez de Feria

Location of Incident: 1116 W Koenig
Brief Narrative: On 6-12-2025 at approximately 10:34 hours a disturbance was dispatched to 1116 W Koenig St. where Margarita Martinez de Feria had made threatening statements. When contacted, Margarita pulled away from Officers when attempting to be detained during the  investigation. When being escorted to a patrol vehicle Margarita refused to comply with getting into the patrol vehicle and pushed back and kicked Officers causing injury. Margarita was eventually secured into the patrol vehicle. Due to medical issues an arrest warrant was drafted for Margarita and referred to the Hall County Attorney's office for Obstruction, Resist Arrest-1st Offense and Assault on Police Officer.

Victim: 57 yr old male Incident #: L25060958
Date and Time of Incident: 6/12/25 @ 04:20
Location of Incident: 386 N Walnut St
Brief Narrative: On 06-12-2025 at approximately 05:44 hours a theft of a 2000 Toyota Sienna valued over $5000.00 was reported near the intersection of 4th St and Walnut St. The vehicle was later located and returned to the owner. Case is open.

Victim: 56 yr old male Incident #: L25060970
Date and Time of Incident: between 4/12/25 & 6/12/25
Location of Incident: 819 W 5th St
Brief Narrative: On 06/12/2025, an investigator with the Grand Island Police Department spoke with an adult male. The male reported damage to his vehicle along with multiple items stolen from inside the vehicle. This case is under investigation.
