Offense: Tampering with Physical Evidence

Victim: 9 yr old female Incident #: L25060216
Offender: Jordan Miller
Date and Time of Incident: 6/3/25 @ 15:09
Location of Incident: 1421 E 7th St
Brief Narrative: On 06/03/2025, a personal injury accident was reported at 1421 E 7th Street. A juvenile female reported being hit by a vehicle while she was riding her scooter. The juvenile suffered serious bodily injury. The suspect vehicle left the scene and failed to stop and render aid to the juvenile female. The suspect vehicle was later located parked behind a house, in a field, and concealed between other vehicles. The vehicle had front end damage matching the color of the juvenile’s scooter. The owner of the vehicle identified the driver of the vehicle to be Jordan Miller. Jordan was contacted near the residence and admitted to parking the vehicle at the residence, leaving the keys, and then driving a different vehicle to the store. Jordan admitted to being in an accident and failing to stop and render aid. Jordan had the odor of alcohol emitting from her person. Jordan admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to the accident. Jordan was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence and Fail to Stop & Render Aid.

Offender: Aaron Romero Toledo

Location of Incident: S Pine St & W Anderson Ave
Brief Narrative: On 06/04/2025 Officers located Aaron Romero Toledo who had an outstanding Hall County Warrant, near the intersection of Pine and Anderson. His identity and the warrant was confirmed and Aaron was arrested. During a search at Hall County Corrections a small baggie containing a crystal like substance was located on his person. Toledo was arrested for his Hall County Warrant and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Victim: 23 yr old female Incident #: L25060257
Offender: Christopher Callejas
Date and Time of Incident: 6/4/25 @ 00:14
Location of Incident: S Eddy St & W Koenig St
Brief Narrative: On 6/4/2025 officers conducted a traffic stop on a GMC Envoy reported to be involved in an accident at Eddy St and Koenig St. Driver was identified as Christopher Callejas. Christopher was intoxicated and arrested for DUI. While at the hospital Christopher struck a nurse. The vehicle was searched and drug paraphernalia was located. Christopher was arrested for DUI, Assault on Healthcare Provider and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Victim: Chief Buildings Incident #: L25060197
Date and Time of Incident: between 5/31/25 & 6/1/25
Location of Incident: 1821 S North Rd
Brief Narrative: A male was reported to have entered Chief Buildings over the night of May 31st. The individual stole items valued at over $2,000. This is an ongoing investigation.

Date and Time of Incident: between 5/30/25 & 6/3/25
Location of Incident: 216 W 2nd St
Brief Narrative: Male reports between 5/30/25 - 6/30/25 unknown individual broke into 216 2nd St W and damaged two windows and took 3 items of value.
