Location of Incident: 1020 W John St
Brief Narrative: On 03/29/2024, a search warrant was served at 1020 W. John St. During the search warrant Jaden Bailey was located inside the residence with five Hall Co. Warrants. Kiesha Lemburg was also located inside the residence with two confirmed Platte County warrants. In the basement near a phone with a picture of Lemburg and her family Investigators located a baggie of methamphetamine. Malorie Rogers, the homeowner, was also inside the residence with her two juvenile children who have access to the whole residence to include the controlled substance in the basement. Rogers was actively and knowingly providing aid to two wanted subjects inside her residence.

Jaden Bailey arrested for five Hall County Warrants.

Kiesha Lemburg arrested for two Platte County Warrants – Larceny and Possession of Controlled Substance.

Malorie Rogers was arrested for Intentional Child Abuse x2, Aiding and Abetting a Class II FO and Aiding and Abetting a class I FO.

Offender: Charli Burk
Date and Time of Incident: 3/28/24 @ 12:00
Location of Incident: 3501 S Locust
Brief Narrative: On 3-28-2024 at or around 1222 hrs, Officers responded to 3501 S. Locust Street (Walmart) in reference to a shoplifting call for service. It was reported a female, Charli Burk, concealed various items of value and left the store without paying. Charli would run from loss prevention and was later located by law enforcement hiding at a local business. An administrative search indicated Charli Burk also had an active/confirmed Adams County warrant. She was placed under arrest for Theft by Shoplifting (3 Priors) and FTA Adams County Warrant.

Date and Time of Incident: 3/28/24 @ 22:16
Location of Incident: 1112 S Locust St
Brief Narrative: On 03/28/2024, Brett was contacted as a passenger in a vehicle after the vehicle was stopped for improper turn. After a K9 alert and indication to the odor of controlled substance a search was conducted of the vehicle and its occupants. Methamphetamine was located in Brett’s coat pocket. Brett was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance.
