Brief Narrative: On 10/07/2024, officers observed a silver Chevy van driving westbound on 10th Street with expired plates. A records check of the plates would reveal the plates expired in November of 2023. A traffic stop was conducted on 8th and Eddy. The driver and sole occupant was identified by
her Nebraska driver's license as Jamie Burnett. The odor of marijuana emitted from the vehicle. During
a search of the vehicle officers located 9 grams of Methamphetamine and 0.9 grams of Marijuana in a
sunglasses compartment that is a part of the vehicle. Jamie was arrested for Possession Controlled Substance (Meth), Possession of Marijuana less 1 oz and No Valid Registration.
