Offender: Aaron Romero Toledo
Date and Time of Incident: 3/11/25 @ 19:42
Location of Incident: W 16th St & N Wheeler Ave
Brief Narrative: On 03/12/2025, Aaron Romero Toledo was observed and recognized, while walking northbound on Wheeler near 16th Street. Aaron is known to have multiple Hall County warrants. Officers turned their patrol unit over headlights on and attempted contact with Aaron. Aaron looked at officers after being addressed by his first name and began running westbound down an alley. Officers identified themselves and told Aaron to stop running, he refused to comply. Aaron was held against a garage door to attempt to stop him from running. Officers then had to use force to take Aaron down to the ground and to place him into handcuffs. Aaron was arrested for Obstruct Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, FTA: PCS DDS, No Proof Insurance Hall County, FTP: Obstruct Police Officer Hall County and FTP: 2nd Degree Criminal Trespass Hall County.

Offender: 15 yr old male

Location of Incident: 420 Orleans Dr
Brief Narrative: An adult female reported her juvenile son assaulted her by restricting her airway. The female said she couldn't breathe as result of her son's actions. The female stated this occurred after she located a vape in her son's possession. The vape was later located on the juvenile's person. The juvenile was placed under arrest. Juvenile probation completed an assessment, and the juvenile was transported to a juvenile staff secure facility as result. Juvenile was arrested for Strangulation and Minor in Possession of Tobacco.

Offender: Shane Muhlbach
Date and Time of Incident: 3/12/25 @ 01:22
Location of Incident: W 17th St & N Eddy St
Brief Narrative: On 03-12-2025 at approximately 0122 hours, officer observed a male who was later identified from previous contact as Shane Muhlbach riding a bike east on 17th St from Eddy without a light. Officer asked Shane to identify himself and he refused to give his last name. Shane became aggravated and aggressively pointed at the officer. Officer grabbed Shane's arm in an attempt to detain him. Shane would pull away ignoring officer commands to stop. The Officer got Shane to the ground and Shane pulled his arms under his body ignoring the officer’s commands to put his arms out. Once officers got Shane into custody he was arrested and booked into Hall County Department of Corrections without incident. After a records check it would show Shane would have prior convictions of resisting a peace officer. Muhlbach was arrested for Equipment Bicycle Light, Obstruct a Peace Officer and Resisting Arrest 2nd.

Location of Incident: E 17th St & N Sycamore
Brief Narrative: On 03-11-2025 at approximately 10:59 hours a grey Chevy Trailblazer with no front plate, no bumper or fenders was observed westbound on 17th St. from Oak St. This vehicle appeared to be only occupied by the male driver. As officer turned on the vehicle to attempt the traffic stop it sped up, failed to stop at the stop sign and turned right onto Sycamore St. where it again continued at a high rate of speed to 19th St. where it turned right and pulled into the driveway of 204 E 19th St. Officer activated his overhead lights as the driver exited the driver seat. The driver was also told to get back into the vehicle and did not comply. He would flee on foot. The driver would run through a back yard and double back to the vehicle where he got in and fled at a high rate of speed. Officers later located the Trailblazer abandoned nearby. A pungent odor of Marijuana was coming from inside the vehicle. The case is open.
