Offense: Terroristic Threats

Offender: Cody Fraizer

Location of Incident: 1504 W 6th St
Brief Narrative: On 02-21-2024 at approximately 14:387 hours, a weapon offense was dispatched to 1504 W 6th St. where a couple reported Cody Fraizer brandished a knife and threaten to stab them. The victims would run into their home and lock the door behind them in fear of their life, then called police. One of the reporting parties advised she was trembling during this incident. Cody would be contacted and was found to be in possession of a knife that was described by the victims. Cody would be placed under arrest for Terroristic Threats X2 and Use of Deadly Weapon to Commit a Felony.

Brief Narrative: Brandon K. Hall was contacted during a welfare check. Brandon was identified as a shoplifting suspect from a previous incident and was being placed under arrest. During a search incident to arrest, methamphetamine was located in Brandon's clothing. Brandon Hall was arrested for Possession Controlled Substance.

Offender: Jaronimo Gutierrez

Location of Incident: Hwy 34 & S Locust
Brief Narrative: On 02-21-2024 at approximately 2149 hours, officer was sitting in the parking lot of 2610 S Locust St, when a blue Dodge Dakota and a red SUV were racing south on S Locust St. The officer noticed that the Dodge was traveling above the posted speed limit passed the SUV. Officer made a traffic stop and identified the driver by his Nebraska driver's license as Jaronimo Gutierrez. Jaronimo told officers the SUV revved its engine and began to race. Subject arrested, during inventory search a large amount of construction tools were present. Tools were marked and determined to be reported stolen. Jaronimo Gutierrez was arrested for Possession of Stolen Property $1500-$4999.

Victim: 27 year old female Incident #: L24021707
Date and Time of Incident: 1/4/24 @ 11:00
Location of Incident: 118 E 4th St
Brief Narrative: A female reported that her residency card was mailed to the old address of her attorney. The victim tried to contact the new owners of the office and was told they were not responsible for the mail that was delivered. The victim reported the card was valued at $5000. Case is open.

Victim: 17 year old male Incident #: L24021681
Date and Time of Incident: 2/21/24 @ 09:35
Location of Incident: 121 E 14th St
Brief Narrative: On 02/21/24 a 17 year old male reported receiving threatening messages as well as graphic imagery of that would depict what would happen to the victim. Victim stated it had originated from an online app that would be used for the sale of desktop computers. Both parties would agree to a sale price of $2,000 for a desktop and later received three separate checks for more than the agreed amount. Later on the victim received the threatening message stating assassins' were paid to kill him if he were not to return the money that was sent. Case is under investigation.
