Location of Incident: 123 N Locust; Apt 1106
Brief Narrative: On 04/09/25 at 1704 officers were dispatched to 123 N Locust St Apt 1106 and made contact with probation officers who reported Chase Muir was in violation of his probation order. A distributable amount of Methamphetamine, several small plastic baggies and scales were located during a search conducted by the probation officers as well as marijuana, less than one ounce, and multiple items of paraphernalia used to ingest both of the controlled substances located on scene. A records check showed Chase to have a Hall County warrant for his arrest. Chase was placed under arrest for Hall County Warrant FTP , Possession Methamphetamine with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana Less than 1oz and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Date and Time of Incident: 4/9/25 @ 16:30
Location of Incident: 123 N Locust; Apt 1106
Brief Narrative: On 04/09/2025 at 1639 hours officers responded to 123 Locust St. N. Apt 1106 at the request of probation for a wanted person. On scene contact was made with Shara Michaelson who was found to have an active Hall County Warrant. Inside the residence officers located a distributable amount of a white crystalline substance was located which is believed to be methamphetamine. Near the illegal drugs officers also found a quantity of plastic baggies and scales. Officers also collected a portion of marijuana less than an ounce. Shara was placed under arrest for Hall County Warrant FTP, Possession Methamphetamine with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana Less than 1oz and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Victim: 59 yr old male Incident #: L25040934
Date and Time of Incident: 4/10/25 @ 04:01
Location of Incident: 227 S Oak St
Brief Narrative: On 04/10/2025, at approximately 0403 hours, Officers were dispatched to 227 Oak St S for a vehicle theft. The victim reported while delivering newspapers, he left his red 2015 Cadillac Escalade parked and running for roughly thirty seconds. When the victim was walking back towards the vehicle, he seen it drive away. Case is open.
