Location of Incident: 200 E Hwy 34, Apt 8006
Brief Narrative: Suspect send messages threatening to beat the victim, shove a gun down her throat, kill her, and run her over, as well as sending a photo to the victim of a gun saying he is going to come for her. Case is open.
** Gavin Susano was arrested for Terroristic Threats during a Traffic Stop over the weekend. **

Offender: Jeremy Wendt

Location of Incident: 225 Cardinal Dr
Brief Narrative: On 04-08-2025 at approximately 0130 hours, Officers were on scene in reference to a DUI investigation at 215 North LN. During this time Officers contacted Jeremy Wendt, who after a records check was found to have a warrant out of Montana. After verifying that the warrant was active, Jeremy was arrested for the Yellowstone County Montana warrant.

Offender: Tomas Ortiz Juarez
Date and Time of Incident: between 1/1/23 & 4/7/25
Location of Incident: Within City Limits
Brief Narrative: An underage juvenile female presented to ER and was found to be pregnant. Tomas Ortiz Juarez was arrested for Sexual Assault of a Child-1st Degree and Sexual Assault/Child-3rd Degree.

Victim: 57 yr old female, 56 yr old male Incident #: L25040655
Date and Time of Incident: 4/7/25 @ 15:40
Location of Incident: 4134 Norseman Ave
Brief Narrative: On 04/07/2025 at 1743 hrs, Officers responded to 4134 Norseman Ave for a reported threating call for service. Victim reported saying a family member was being scammed on social media and the victim confronted the suspects about the scam. Victims reported the suspects then sent threating messages to them about harming the victims. Case is open.
