Offense: Terroristic Threats
Victim: 43 yr old female Incident #: L25102719
Offender: Matthew Roberson
Date and Time of Incident: 10/28/25 @ 15:00
Location of Incident: 322 Ruby Ave
Brief Narrative: On 10-28-2025 at around 1500 hrs, contact was made with Matthew Roberson reference to a threatening incident. During the investigation it was found that Matthew made statements to commit any crime of violence by physically harming family members with a knife. Matthew was arrested for Terrorist Threats 28-311.01. Class IIIA FO.

Offense: Domestic Assault
Victim: 38 yr old female Incident #: L25102710
Offender: Ryan Redinger
Date and Time of Incident: 10/28/25 @ 07:00
Location of Incident: 1028 S Sycamore St
Brief Narrative: Victim reported that her intimate partner, later identified as Ryan Redinger, punched her in the stomach, pulled her hair, and wrapped his arms around her neck, while in the driveway of 1028 S Sycamore St. She advised that while Ryan's arms were wrapped around her neck, it prevented her ability to normally breathe. She also had visible injury to her lower lip, caused from
being physically assaulted by Ryan. Ryan was later contacted at 1028 S Sycamore St, and subsequently arrested for Assault by Strangulation or suffocation- 28-310.01(1)- III FEL and DV Assault-3rd/Cause Bodily Injury- 28-323(1)(A)- IMO.

Offense: Attempt of Class IIA Felony
Victim: 23 yr old female Incident #: L25102671
Offender: Leonardo Santos Perez
Date and Time of Incident: between 10/27/25 & 10/28/25
Location of Incident: 3533 Prairieview St
Brief Narrative: On 10/28/2025 officers responded to 3533 Prairieview St in reference a criminal mischief call. Leonardo Santos Perez was later arrested for Criminal Mischief $501-$4999 28-519 MO I and Attempt of Class IIA Felony (theft) 28-201 FO IIIA.

Offense: Fraud
Victim: Tyler Investments Incident #: L25102723
Date and Time of Incident: 10/28/25 @ 15:46
Location of Incident: 1508 E 5th St
Brief Narrative: On 10/28/2025, officer responded to 1508 E 5th St, reference a Forgery. There, the reporting party reported someone attempted to cash a forged check for $7,000 belonging to Tyler Investments. No funds were released from the business account, and no monetary value was lost. Case is open.
