Brief Narrative: On 10/28/2025, at approximately 0118 hours, Officers responded to 2250 Webb Rd N Ste 216; T MOBILE for a burglary alarm. Upon arrival officers observed a broken window and items stolen from the store. Leonardo Santos Perez was arrested soon after for Burglary, 28-507, Class II FEL.

Brief Narrative: On October 27, 2025, officer initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Broadwell and 13th Avenue. Officer made contact with the driver, who identified himself as Jorge Magana. Shortly after, Jorge fled the scene in his vehicle. He subsequently crashed at 1235 Allen Drive. Jorge Magana was taken into custody and charged with:
