Brief Narrative: On 08/12/25, Officers contacted a 27 year old male regarding being harassed over the phone. Officers contacted Zachary Just and while on the phone, Zachary made multiple threatening statements. Just was referred to the County Attorney for Terroristic Threats and Intimidation by Phone.

Victim: 5 Points Bank, Super Acapulco, 67 yr old male, 55 yr old female Incident #: L25081346
Date and Time of Incident: between 6/16/25 & 8/5/25
Location of Incident: 2015 N Broadwell
Brief Narrative: On 8/12/2025, Officers were dispatched to Five Points Bank located at 1020 N Broadwell Ave. for a report of employee theft. Case is open.
