Offender: Jayson Honts

Location of Incident: 3721 W Capital Ave; Apt 102
Brief Narrative: Victim reported a disturbance involving her boyfriend of about 7 months, Jayson Honts. During their disagreement, Jayson held a twisted bed sheet against her neck, impeding her normal breathing, and also covered her mouth and nose with his hand, impeding her normal breathing. When the victim got up to leave, Jayson held her down on the bed for over 30 minutes, straddling her to prevent her from leaving and covering her mouth and nose at various times, as well as threatening to kill her and to kill both of them. During the course of their disturbance, the victim sustained a fat lip, which caused her pain. Jayson was arrested for 3rd Degree Domestic Assault, Terroristic Threats, False Imprisonment-1st Degree and Strangulation.

Brief Narrative: Offender entered into a lease purchase agreement with company. Offender made no attempts to make payments and the company attempted numerous attempts to contact the offender to either get the item back or for payments to be made. Case is open.
