Offense: Shoplifting
Victim: Dollar General Incident #: L25051085
Date and Time of Incident: 5/12/25 @ 09:59
Location of Incident: 2121 N Broadwell
Brief Narrative: On 5-12-2025 at around 9:59 am, officer responded to the listed above location reference a shoplifting. While on scene it was found that two adult females entered the store selected multiple items form the shelf and left the area without paying for the items. The store did not wish to press charges at this time.

Offense: Terroristic Threats
Victim: 55 yr old female & 32 yr old female Incident #: L25051113

Location of Incident: 4111 W 13th St
Brief Narrative: Victim reported a juvenile male threatened to kill her while holding his fist up and being restrained. Another victim reported the same juvenile male used a sharp pencil to swipe at her attempt to separate the offender from victim. Victim advised this was offensive and believed he would stab her. This same victim also advised that she was punched in the nose. Exceptionally cleared. Both victims declined to pursue charges

Victim: 13 yr old female Incident #: L25051084
Date and Time of Incident: between 1/1/25 & 5/12/25
Location of Incident: Within City Limits
Brief Narrative: On 5/12/2025 it was reported that a 20 year old male may have subjected a 13 year old female to a sexual assault. This case is under investigation.
