Offender: Saulo Guerrero-Robledo

Location of Incident: 203 S Blaine St
Brief Narrative: On March 21, 2025, officers were dispatched to 203 S Blaine St to the report of a stolen vehicle. The stolen vehicle was later located with an occupant, Saulo Guadalupe Guerrero Robledo, inside. Saulo was arrested for Motor Vehicle Theft.

Brief Narrative: On 03/22/2025, Officers responded to the area of 819 W 5th St. for a burglary. During the investigation officers contacted an adult female who verbally identified herself as Sierra Lovejoy. Officers conducted an administrative records check and found Sierra to have two active Hall County, NE warrants. Sierra was placed under arrest and was transported to the Hall County Department of Corrections for the two warrants. 29-2,266 - Revocation of Probation; Possession of Controlled Substance - FO IV and 28-310(1)(A) - Assault Bodily Injury - MO I

Offender: Jon Ostermeier

Brief Narrative: On 03/21/25 contact was made with a female who reported being sexually assaulted while she was unconscious on 03/16/25 at a Grand Island residence. The female had not given consent. Ostermeier was arrested for 1st Deg Sexual Assault.

Brief Narrative: On 03/21/2025, it was reported to Law Enforcement that an adult male paid a minor female for a sexual act, within the city limits of Grand Island. The investigation is currently open & active.

Offense: Traffic Offense
Victim: Incident #: L25032291
Offender: Francisco Garcia Aguilar
Date and Time of Incident: 3/22/25 @ 20:45
Location of Incident: W 3rd St & N Clark St
Brief Narrative: On 03/22/25, Officers observed a silver sedan drifting off within his lane and returning back to the center. The vehicle was also observed almost striking parked vehicles on the side of the road. Officers conducted a traffic stop on 3rd and Clark and the driver and lone occupant was identified as Francisco Garcia Aguilar by his Nebraska identification card. Francisco got out of his vehicle prior to the officer approaching the vehicle and he was observed using his vehicle for balance. While Officers were speaking to Francisco he showed signs of impairment. A DUI investigation was conducted that later resulted in Francisco's arrest. During an administrative records check it showed Francisco had prior convictions for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and his license status being revoked and suspended. During an inventory of his vehicle, it was discovered Francisco had an open container of alcoholic beverage in his vehicle. Francisco was transported and booked into Hall County Corrections for No valid Registrationcar/pickup/stepvan, DUI-Alcohol-3rd Offense, Drive Without Ignition Interlock w/ .02+ and Possess/Consume Open Alcohol Container.

Offender: Joshua Weinmaster

Brief Narrative: Joshua Weinmaster was contacted for a welfare check. During the process of detaining him, he pulled away and tensed up while attempting to detain him, resulting in taking him to the ground. During the arrest process, officers had to use physical control techniques to effect the arrest. He continued to not allow officers to retrieve his arms by using his strength. He intentionally grabbed onto an officer and his equipment without letting go. Bodily injury was sustained to officer. He was arrested for Assault on a Peace Officer, Obstruct a Peace Officer and Resisting Arrest.

Location of Incident: 503 E 8th St; Apt 1
Brief Narrative: On 03/22/25 at 1503 officers made contact with a male at 503 E 8th street Apt #1 who reported being assaulted by his girlfriend, Michaela E. Armstrong, on 03/22/25 at 0000. Michaela was placed under arrest after escaping while in custody and resisting arrest. Michaela E. Armstrong was arrested for 3rd degree Domestic Assault Cause Injury, Escape While in Custody and Resisting Arrest 1st Offense.

Offender: Christopher Carbajal
Date and Time of Incident: 3/22/25 @ 08:55
Location of Incident: 656 MacArthur Ave
Brief Narrative: On 3-22-25 Christopher Carbajal was located inside the residence of 656 MacArthur Ave. The reporting party had an active and served protection order against Carbajal banning him from any contact with her as well as being at her residence. A record check showed a prior conviction for violating a protection order for Carbajal. Carbajal was arrested for Violation of Protection Order (prior conviction).

Brief Narrative: Juvenile sent explicit photos to another person they thought was a juvenile and is now being extorted for money or the photo will be posted online. Person is unknown, initial contact was made through TikTok. Case is open.

Location of Incident: 1824 S Blaine St
Brief Narrative: Victim reporting that she lost $5000 in an internet scam saying she had a virus on her computer. She ended up depositing the money into a BITCOIN machine in Kearney, NE. Case is open.

Offense: Wanted Person & Criminal Impersonation
Victim: Incident #: L25032374
Offender: Juan Tercero-Estaban & Sara Tweten
Date and Time of Incident: 3/23/25 @ 20:01
Location of Incident: 310 W 15th St
Brief Narrative: While conducting an investigation into a trespassing incident at 310 W 15th St. four subjects were contacted inside a storage unit. One of the subjects present was identified as Sara Tweten who was found to have an active and confirmed warrant for her arrest. Another subject present, who was ultimately identified as Juan Tercero-Estaban, was also found to have warrants for his arrest. Juan was identified only he gave the name of his brother in an attempt to prevent officers from identifying him as the person with warrants. Juan and Sara were taken into custody and jailed. The owner of the storage units did not wish to pursue any criminal charges for trespassing. Sara M. Tweten was arrested for Hall County Warrant CR24-3285-FTA: DUS Before reinstatement [60- 4108(2)] III MO Juan Tercero-Estaban was arrested for Criminal Impersonation [28-6381(C)] IV Felony and Hall County Warrant CR21-1806 FTA: Contribute to delinquency of a minor [28-709] I MO

Offense: Drugs & Trespassing
Victim: HB Laundry Incident #: L25032386
Offender: Robert New
Date and Time of Incident: 3/24/25 @ 04:31
Location of Incident: 710 N Eddy St
Brief Narrative: On 03/24/2025, at approximately 0431 hours, officers were dispatched to 710 Eddy St N; HB Laundry for a removal subject. Upon arriving, Robert New was located inside the restroom. A records check confirmed Robert had a stay away letter for the property. Robert was arrested for Trespassing. Search incident to arrest, drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine was located on Robert's person. Robert was transported to Hall County Corrections and arrested for Criminal Trespass-2nd Degree, Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Controlled Substance.
