Brief Narrative: On 02/192025 at approximately 2025 hours Officers were dispatched to 2916 W 16th Street in reference to a removal of subject. A male on scene identified by a Nebraska Driver’s License as Charles Cloud did not comply with Officers instructions and resisted arrest. Charles was arrested for Resisting Arrest-2nd/subsequent Offense and Obstructing a Peace Officer.

Brief Narrative: On 02/20/2025, Officers responded to 123 13th St. for a report of a wanted person. Officers arrived and contacted Michael Haynie Jr. During an administrative records check, it was found Michael had five active warrants out of Hall County.
