Brief Narrative: An adult female reported being contacted by an unknown person, after having clicked on a link for an ad on Facebook. The female stated the unknown person told her to wire transfer $19,586.00 to him or she could face criminal charges under fabricated circumstances.

Location of Incident: 302 E 5th St
Brief Narrative: On 02/14/2025 officers responded to the area of Lion's Club Park, reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers contacted the victim who advised there was a physical disturbance at 302 E 5th St. The victim did not wish to pursue criminal charges at the time of the report.
