reference to a criminal mischief call for service. It was later discovered a bullet was shot through a
bedroom window.

Brief Narrative: On 09/14/2025 Officers contacted a male outside of 111 Public Safety Dr. The male, Peyton Steven Troyer, was found to have two active Hall County Warrants. Peyton was arrested and transported to Hall County Corrections without incident.

Brief Narrative: On 09-14-2025 at approximately 14:25 hours a belated sexual assault of a child was reported at 111 Public Safety Dr. that occurred within city limits of Grand Island. The suspect was identified as the offender who touched, fondled, and submitted his stepdaughter to repeated sexual intercourse since her early age of 9 years old. Due to the suspect’s medical issues an arrest warrant was drafted for his arrest.

Brief Narrative: On 09-14-2025 at approximately 11:13 hours a belated sexual assault of a child was dispatched to a Grand Island residence where Abigail Galindo was identified as the offender who, encouraged a sexual touch by grabbing the 13-year-old male's hand and placing it on her buttocks while in her bedroom. Abigail was contacted and placed under arrest for Sexual Assault/Child-3rd degree [28-320.01(3)] III FO and Negligent Child Abuse [28-707(3)] I MO.
