Brief Narrative: Robyn Peterson was arrested for the above charges after her adult daughter reported being assaulted by Robyn causing visible injuries and pain as well as putting her in a "choke hold" restricting her ability to breath for approximately 15 seconds.

Offender: Luis Garcia Jr
Date and Time of Report: 7:45 pm 3/20/25
Location of Incident: 2311 S Locust St
Brief Narrative: Luis Garcia was contacted in the parking lot of Island Inn Motel, 2311 S. Locust Street. Garcia was found to have an active and confirmed Dawson Co warrant for his arrest. During a probable cause search of his vehicle, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located. Garcia was arrested and later booked into the Hall County Department of Corrections.
