Brief Narrative: Officers responded to 1137 S Locust St; Central District Health Department in reference to a welfare check. Officers contacted Darla Smith in a vehicle which was found to be stolen. Darla was arrested after resisting arrest for Possess Firearm by Prohibited Person-sub, Theft-Rcv Stolen Property, False Reporting, Resist Arrest-1st offense and Drug paraphernalia
