Offense: Domestic Assault

Offender: Ubaldo Valdes

Location of Incident: 915 S Vine St

Brief Narrative: On 01/08/2024, officers would be dispatched to 915 Vine St S in reference to
a disturbance. Officers would arrive and speak with the adult female victim, who advised that
the father of her child, Ubaldo Valdes, would enter her home uninvited and begin threatening
her life while he (Ubaldo) held a knife in his hand. Ubaldo would then take the victims phone
from her hand and stab it multiple times until the phone exploded. Ubaldo would then begin
striking the victim in the head and arms with an open palm multiple times causing bodily
injury while in possession of the knife. The victim would further advise that her and Ubaldo's
2 year old son was present during the physical altercation. Ubaldo was later contacted while
operating a motor vehicle and arrested. Ubaldo was found to not have a valid driver’s license
while driving his vehicle on the public roadway. He was arrested for Terroristic Threats, Use
of a Weapon to Commit a Felony, Domestic Assault 3rd Degree, Child Abuse, Criminal
Mischief $500-$1499 and No Operator's License.|

Location of Incident: 1611 Grand Island Ave

Brief Narrative: On 01/08/2024, officers made contact with an adult female who reported a
criminal mischief. The female reported sometime during the early morning of 01/05/2024, her
2018 Nissan Murano was damaged. The Nissan is reported to have $5000 or more worth of
damage, due to multiple deep scratch marks. The case remains under investigation.

Brief Narrative: On 01/08/23 a 70 year old male reported his American Airline rewards being
hacked. Victim advised 200,000 points were redeemed from his account for a booked flight.

Victim: 26 year old male Incident #: L24010576
Date and Time of Incident: between 1/1/24 & 1/8/24
Location of Incident: 1407 North Front St W
Brief Narrative: Victim reported items were taken out of his vehicle while it was unlocked in
the driveway of the residence.

Victim: Dick’s Motor Co Incident #: L23122452
Date and Time of Incident: between 5/11/21 & 12/4/23
Location of Incident: 716 W 5th St
Brief Narrative: Reporting party came to the police station and reported that someone
accessed his business account without his knowledge or permission and used funds to pay
money to a personal credit card in the amount of $85,865.92. Case is under investigation.
