GI Police Make Felony Arrest

Location of Incident: 237 N Boggs Ave

Brief Narrative: On 01/04/2024, officers responded to a removal of subject at 237 N Boggs.
Contact was made with Janell Perez, who had an active and confirmed Platte County
Warrant. Perez was placed under arrest and searched. While searching Perez, her wallet was
located and searched and a small plastic baggie containing methamphetamine, was located in
the wallet. While at the jail, Corrections officer located a black card containing a white
powdery substance, which tested positive for Cocaine. Janell Perez was arrested for a Platte
County Warrant, Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth) and Possession of Controlled
Substance (Cocaine).
