Location of Incident: 105 Lakeview Cir; Apt 3

Brief Narrative: On 08/07/2024, officers responded to 105 Lakeview Cir, Apt 3, reference rubber being set on fire in front of the apartment door. Upon arrival, officers contacted the reporting party who advised their rubber doormat was lit on fire, spreading to the siding adjacent to the apartment front door. On the bottom side of the door mat was residue of what is presumed to be an accelerant. At this time, this investigation is being treated as an arson.
