Victim: Incident #: L25050234
Offender: Macario Solis Morales
Date and Time of Incident: 5/3/25 @ 01:02
Location of Incident: W Capital Ave & N Wheeler Ave
Brief Narrative: Macario Solis Morales was contacted during a traffic stop near the intersection of Capital Ave and Wheeler Ave, after he was observed driving left of center. Macario admitted to driving left of center and admitted to drinking two Bud Light beers, an hour prior to the traffic stop. Officers observed Macario to have blood shot watery eyes and slurred speech. Macario also had the smell of alcoholic beverages emanating from his person. Macario showed significant signs of impairment during SFST’s and provided a failing PBT sample. During a search of the vehicle two open containers were located. Inside of Macario's wallet Officers located a small baggie of a white powdery substance, that later tested positive for Cocaine. An administrative records check showed Macario had an Admin record only and had a prior DUI conviction within the last 15 years. Macario was Possession Control Substance, DUI- 2nd Offense, No Operator’s License, Left of Center and Open Container.

Offender: Travis Quest

Location of Incident: 3021 S Locust
Brief Narrative: On 5-2-25 at around 1439 hrs, officer responded to the listed above location reference a domestic disturbance. Officer arrived on scene and made contact with the victim. During the investigation, the victim stated that Travis Quest punched her in the face multiple times causing pain. The victim also stated that Travis burned her face with a lighter which left a scar. Officer observed the physical injuries described to the victim. Travis was arrested for Domestic Assault.

Location of Incident: 777 Fonner Park Rd
Brief Narrative: On 5-2-2025 at around 1525 hrs, officer responded to 777 Fonner Park Rd, The GI Casino, reference a child around 2 years old being left in a vehicle alone. During the investigation it was found that Amilcar Landaverde Roque, the child's father, had left the 2-year-old in the car unattended without any supervision, while playing games inside the casino. Amilcar was arrested for Child Abuse.

Brief Narrative: On 05/02/25 officers made contact with a female employee at 402 W 4th Street, Latino Check Cashing, reference possible fraud. Case is open.

Location of Incident: 111 Public Safety Dr
Brief Narrative: On 05/05/2025 at approximately 0529 hours, Jesus Flores was contacted and arrested at 111 Public Safety Drive for an active Hall County Warrant. Jesus was arrested for FTA: Terroristic Threats, Use of Deadly Weapon 29-426 III FO.

Brief Narrative: Kaylee Renee Gordon was contacted near the intersection of North Front and Madison St and was found to have two active and confirmed Hall County Arrest Warrants. Kaylee would initially provide Officers with a false name and later admit to providing false information to avoid getting arrested. Kaylee was subsequently arrested for False Reporting, Hall County Warrant 28-906 I MO -Obstruct Peace Officer, Hall County Warrant 28-416(3) IV FO -Possess Controlled Substance 28-441 INF -Possess or Use Paraphernalia
