Free Heart Education presented by Interventional Cardiologist Dr. Fruehling–March 27

GRAND ISLAND, NE--CHI Health St. Francis, in collaboration with CHI Health Clinic Heart Institute, is hosting a heart-education session at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 27 in Conference Room 2/3 at the hospital. Interventional Cardiologist Dr. Erich Fruehling will present “The Fat Saga: Understanding Dietary Fats.” 

Dietary fats provide energy, support cell function and aid nutrient absorption. Dr. Fruehling will explore different kinds of fat, dietary guidelines and making good fat consumption choices.

Dr. Fruehling is a board certified interventional cardiologist practicing at Nebraska Heart.
