Doniphan Trumbull Boys Headed To State

(Hastings, NE) - Monday night at Hastings College the Doniphan Trumbull boy's basketball team squeaked out a 39-37 victory to advance to the boy's Class C2 state basketball tournament next week in Lincoln. The Cardinals were led in scoring by junior Jaden Williams with 16 points. It's the third time in four years that the Cardinals are headed to Lincoln. Doniphan Trumbull is now 24-2 on the season. Hastings St Cecilia sees their season end at 15-11.
